At MiniTads, we take great care in crafting safe, high-quality wooden toys for your little ones. Since our products are designed for children, we do not accept returns to ensure the highest level of safety and hygiene. However, if you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer a replacement.


Replacement Policy

We offer a product replacement for the following issues:
✔ Damaged product – If your item arrives broken or unusable.
✔ Wrong product received – If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
✔ Manufacturing defect – If the product has a defect that affects its functionality.

To request a replacement:

  1. Share clear photos or a video of the product showing the issue.
  2. Send the images within 2 days of receiving the product via WhatsApp to 959-295-5929.
  3. Once verified, we will process the replacement as soon as possible. 
  4. Product will be picked from your given address. Kindly ensure the product is properly packed and in original condition (as was received). 


Natural Wood Disclaimer

Toys made from natural wood generally tend to have variations in texture and color, which is a natural phenomenon and therein lies the beauty of nature. Every product is unique as the nature has made it. And every natural wood toy tends to be slightly different from images due to the natural characteristics of wood, but rest assured, every piece maintains its organic beauty and quality.


 

Crochet Toys

Our crochet toys are made from 100% cotton yarn and have poly-filling inside, which is necessary to maintain hygiene. 

 

Age

All our toys are for 3 years and above, except those in Toddlers section (5 months and above)

 

Care of Product

All our products are delicate and handmade, so please handle with care.

For wooden toys, use a dry cloth for cleaning. Don't use water, since water tends to damage the wood. Keep away from water and soap. 

 

Parental Supervision

We have ensured all our toys are completely safe and not harmful for kids. But adult supervision is recommended.
